Shipping policy

We ship via USPS in 4-7 business days of receiving your order(please take note of the current shipping situations and understand that you may have to expect small delays). You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your package has shipped. 

Please be sure to double check your address as we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, undeliverable or closed address. We're happy to ship your package back to a different address, but you will be asked to cover shipping costs for the reshipment.  

Please be aware that Béj not responsible for delayed transit times and damaged products once your order leaves our possession. We have no control over transit times and what happens during transit, once packages are given to the mail carrier. Should your package become delayed, lost or arrive damaged, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier. 

Once packages leave our care, it is no longer our responsibility.
